Preschoolers had a fun last day! We had a glow party/dance party! Have a great summer!

Meet the 2025-2026 Plankinton Student Council President, Rosie Choc and the Vice President, Layce Bruns! Congratulations, girls! I'm sure you will lead our students well!

Last day to claim items from the lost and found!


Junior girls had a blast at the jump rope station, while the junior boys did relay. A successful field day in the books!


To end the school year, 7th graders created solar system models.





To wrap up the school year, the 8th graders created egg drop contraptions to withstand a 15 foot drop. Students were given a budget model and an unlimited model. Multiple students found success with both the limited and unlimited one!









The academic achievements of the best and brightest students of the Class of 2025 were recognized recently at the 35th Annual Academic Excellence Recognition luncheon in Pierre. Governor Larry Rhoden and the Associated School Boards of South Dakota (ASBSD) honored students who were identified as the top one percent of their senior class. Congrats to Abby Davis for earning this award for PHS.

Tomorrow is the Elementary Music Concert! 4th grade parents need to meet in music room at 6:15 for a brief meeting regarding summer lessons and band for next year. All other students need to be in their classroom by 6:45. Please reach out to either Stoebner with questions!
