Aviation class had some fun building “rockets” with balloons! Students had to problem solve while trying to get their rockets to the ceiling while carrying cargo(paper clips).
Thursday’s wrestling quad will be held in Mt. Vernon. It was originally entered incorrectly in the SESD website. Sorry for the confusion.

Update on Shoot for a Cure happenings. We are selling shirts. The weather has made a small window to order shirts. You can order direct at http://www.stitchntimesd.com/shoot-4-a-cure-2023.html#/ you will also be able to see the shirts. We will send order forms home with the elementary and there will be order forms at the front office. Orders are due by Jan. 13.

Save the date!! January 24, 2023 will be our annual Shoot 4 A Cure night. Student Council is accepting donations for the silent auction from now until the event starts. Raffle tickets are on sale for a handmade quilt donated by Mary Higgason. Student Council is calling all bakers to bring goodies for the bake sale. There will be a free will donation supper served also. As always, all proceeds go the the Aurora County Cancer Fund. We will be hosting a doubleheader with Wagner that evening so bring the family and enjoy some basketball while helping a great cause!
