Plankinton participated in CBH Oral Interp contest on Tuesday, October 11th. We had a great showing and placed 3rd for total points. Alexis placed first and Abby placed 2nd in serious; Layce, Karter, Lily, and Caden placed 2nd in Reader's theater; Maggie placed 3rd and Philip placed 4th in humorous; Megan and Haley placed 3rd in duet. Maggie and Sadie placed 6th in duet. Proud of how you all represented the school and the oral interp rogram!
The Leadership and S e rvice class enjoyed helping the Higgason's put up Halloween decorations on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
The Plankinton FCCLA chapters provided babysitting on Monday for Parent-Teacher conferences.
The 7th grade students in FCS class are learning abou g the basics of food preparation.

The MVP Boosters would like to invite everyone for a pregame tailgate on the east side of Hero's Field this Friday October 14, starting at 5 pm prior to the football game with Winner. Burgers will be provided by the Army National Gaurd and the boosters will provide buns, chips and condiments. This will be a Free Will Donation Event and Booster Members get the meal for free. Please bring a chair and your personal drink. Spread the word and we hope to see you there.

Kindergarten and 1st grade had some fun with our parachute unit this week! Colors, numbers, languages, and motor skills can all be implemented into parachute lessons in PE!

The middle school Exploratory Wellness class has been working on some basic yoga movements to improve their flexibility. We do yoga once a week!
