Hello people! I have a small request. If you have an old brake drum or know of where I could find one, the band would really appreciate saving me a trip to the junkyard. The older and heavier, the better.
The junior class will receive their Little Caesars pizza delivery on March 5th at 9:00 a.m. If you ordered, they will be delivering to you on or near that date. Please reach out to the junior you ordered from if you have any questions. Thanks for supporting the junior class.

South Dakota School Board Recognition Week - February 16 -20. We would like to thank our members for their dedication and support of our students, staff and community. Thank you to Brian Reis, Rodney Faulhaber, Mike Erickson, Lindsey Weich, Sue Faulhaber, Whitney Bruinsma, and Colleen Ryan Johnson. They were recognized at the February school board meeting.
The 4th graders and their very creative Valentine's Day boxes! 💌
Last Friday the first graders celebrated the 100th day of school! They made a snack mix of 100 things, moved through STEM centers with 100 items, and wrote about what they will do when they are 100! (Lots of naps, news, and applesauce were documented)
2nd grade created rhythm compositions for Valentine's Day using candy hearts!
Congrats to Lili Medina and Emma Erickson on an amazing SDSU Elementary Honor Choir Concert!! Out of over 700 auditions, they were selected as two of the 150 choir members.

Congratulates to the Plankinton High School Yearbook Group, Student Council and All-State Chorus members. They are being recognized by the SDHSAA with an Academic Team Award for achieving or exceeding a GPA of 3.0.
