our 2nd graders got creative with a fun spring project this week!
Students made their own "dandeLIONS" using bright yellow dandelions to create the lions mane, and they turned out absolutely adorable! Each one had its own unique look and personality. after completing the craft, students practiced their writing skills by explaining the process of how they created their dandeLIONS. they shared step-by-step details about what they did from gathering materials to putting their creations together!
We love seeing creativity bloom, both in art and writing. great work, second grade! 💛
