Our 4th graders had a great time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Students wrote about their lucky charms, shared what they’re lucky for, imagined meeting a leprechaun, and created their own lucky charms.🌈🍀
We also enjoyed a special visit from our county health nurse, who taught us all about dental health and hygiene! 🪥 🦷🩺

Track and Field Team Reach updates. Varsity Boys Track will have a meeting and then practice today at 4:00 pm. JH Track and Field will start on Monday, March 23rd, at 4:00 in Mount Vernon.

It has been a busy few months for fifth grade! We are wrapping up our unit on energy transfer and food chains. We got to observe live worms and track the process of decomposition. We are creating some artwork, showcasing various food chains across various ecosystems and habitats. Last week Central Electric visited to share about electricity and students were able to test out some forms of energy. Today we enjoyed the Sioux Falls Symphony Orchestra and lunch at Falls Park!
The preschoolers enjoyed Read Across America Week with dress-up days, activities, visitors, popcorn and a movie!
